Role Responsibilities
ASIO is seeking to fill a number of roles to support our facilities services including the corporate accommodation portfolio; construction programs; designing and implementing office accommodation and spaces and maintaining facilities
As an APS5 Facilities Services officer your duties may include:
- Managing work requests and the associated prioritisations.
- Project management administration (accommodation and construction).
- Leasing and contract management administration.
- Internal stakeholder engagement.
- Assist with relocation activities.
- Process financial transactions.
As an APS6 Facilities Services officer your duties may include:
- Contribute to the coordination of the Branch activities in alignment with the strategic direction of the Organisation.
- Implementation of business process improvement and change strategies.
- Manage and maintain the Property Strategy in accordance with the Commonwealth Guidelines.
- Project management (accommodation and construction).
- Spatial planning (seating allocations).
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Leasing and contract management.
- Financial management.
- Assist developing future planning strategies.
- Contribute to reporting obligations.

Qualifications or experience in facilities, trades, finance, leasing, procurement, contracts or project management would be beneficial, but not essential.
