What details are required to set up my company profile?
Provide your organisation's name, ABN/ACN, and confirm if you're posting jobs on behalf of other companies. Click "Save Changes" once done.
Can I invite team members to my company profile?
Yes. Under "My Team," enter their name and email to send an invitation. They can join after accepting the email invitation.
How do I create a job listing on the ATSI Jobs website?
- Go to https://atsijobs.com.au/dashboard/jobs/new.
- Click "Create," enter the job title, preview snippet, and job description.
- Specify job location, working arrangements, contract type, industry, skills, and experience.
- Add salary details and select benefits.
- Choose the application method (ATSI Lite or external URL).
- Enter a PO/Reference number, select posting and closing dates, and click "Submit."
How do I submit a job posting for approval?
Follow the steps to create a job listing and submit it. It will be marked as "Pending Approval" until reviewed by a Super Admin.
Can I post jobs on behalf of other companies?
Yes, ensure you select the appropriate option when setting up your company profile.
What happens if a job is not approved?
The Super Admin will notify the job poster to make necessary changes before approval.
How do I invite a new team member to my company profile on ATSI Jobs?
- Log in and navigate to "My Account > My Team."
- Click "Invite New Member" and fill in the required details.
- Send the invitation email. The invitee can join by creating an account.
Can I manage the permissions of team members?
Yes, as a company owner, you can edit or delete team member profiles from your dashboard.
How do I purchase tokens for job postings?
- Go to "Tokens" in your dashboard.
- Enter the number of tokens to purchase and select a payment method.
- Complete the payment to add tokens to your account.
Can I pay for tokens immediately?
Yes, you can use the payment gateway to pay immediately. Tokens are added upon successful payment.
Where can I view my token transactions?
All token transactions are listed under the "Transactions" tab. The token deduction and addition can take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your dashboard.
How do I access my Broadbean API key?
As a Company Owner, you can find your unique Broadbean API key under the "Integrations" tab in your account settings. Use the clipboard icon to copy it. In order to access it in correct way please fill in your information in accounts section.
What should I avoid when specifying salary details?
Avoid shorthand formats like "60k." Instead, write the full value, e.g., "$60,000."
Can I preview a job posting before it goes live?
Yes, both employers and Super Admins can use the "Preview" option during the job creation and approval processes.
How do I schedule a job posting for a specific date?
During job creation, use the calendar to select a posting date and closing date before submitting the job for approval.
What payment methods are available for purchasing tokens?
You can pay immediately via the payment gateway or generate an invoice to pay later.

How can I reset my ATSI Jobs account password?
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
- Enter your email and click "SEND REQUEST."
- Check your email for a 6-digit code.
- Enter the code and your new password, then click "UPDATE PASSWORD."
What can I do from my dashboard as a Job Seeker or Employer?
Job Seekers: View and apply for jobs, update your profile, and track applied jobs.
Employers: Manage job listings, view transactions, invite team members, and purchase tokens.
What should I do if I encounter technical issues with the website?
Clear your browser cache, ensure you're using the latest browser version, and try again. If the issue persists, contact ATSI support.
I didn’t receive an email confirmation after registering. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, ensure that your email address is entered correctly and resend the confirmation email.
What are the file upload size limits?
The maximum allowed file size is 50KB. For the best performance, we recommend uploading a file between 10KB and 30KB. Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, JPG.
