About you

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

• Demonstrated high level of expertise and operational experience with covert human intelligence source management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and direct subordinate staff, and work collaboratively in a complex work environment.
• Demonstrated experience ensuring a high standard of appropriate governance, compliance with policies and procedures, risk management and intrusive supervision.
• Highly developed written and interpersonal communication skills including report writing.
• Demonstrated capacity to deliver quality work within limited timeframes to meet strict timelines.
