Support Worker

• We’re seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in Toowoomba.
• We offer a variety of positions: Short hours, 8-hour shifts, and 24-hour shifts are available, with competitive rates starting at $39.04 per hour (including super).

What will you do?

• Provide daily living support and community access for people with disabilities.
• Offer compassionate care and support to participants with mental health needs.
• Gain exposure to complex mental health diagnoses (if qualified).

• Excellent communicator.
• Able to provide empathetic support.
• Knowledge of sensory and cognitive needs.

Desired Skills

• Trauma-informed care experience.
• Experience working with complex mental health conditions.
• Self-harm management skills.
• Non-compliant behaviour management skills.
• Positive behaviour support plan experience.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
