About the role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our Business Solutions team.

Are you:

• Experienced in small business development, relationship management, business banking finance and call centre operations?
• Have a passion for providing quality customer service?
• Seeking to make a real contribution in a dynamic and challenging, yet rewarding work environment?
• Interested in promoting Indigenous economic empowerment?
• Well versed in the unique characteristics of the Indigenous economy in the region and have a good understanding of the key success factors of an Indigenous business?
• Resilient, adaptable and able to work with a significant degree of independence and under limited supervision and direction?

What you’ll bring to the team

• An open minded, collaborative team-based approach
• Experiences in business lending, lending policy or risk management
• Previous practical experiences related to banking, relationship management, call centre and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with stakeholders
• Creative thinking mindset
