Regional Coordinator

Your New Role: 

Part time fixed term role until June 2026 – up to 28 hours per week.  

This role is paid at $49.28 per hour.

  • Establish and coordinate programs/projects in consultation with the Line Manager and delivery team.
  • Monitor program deliverables including stakeholder engagement, time, and budget to ensure alignment with program outcomes.
  • Evaluate program delivery for continuous improvement and ensure contractual compliance.
  • Support families by providing access to resources and referral pathways as needed.
  • Develop and deliver training to enhance program effectiveness and team capabilities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold or is eligible to hold a Working with Children Check.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or experience in early childhood, and/or community development/disability, family support or related fields.\

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working in rural and remote communities.
  • Experience working with families from varying social and cultural backgrounds.
