Project Manager
About Gong-Dal Aboriginal Corporation
Goŋ-Ḏäl Aboriginal Corporation (GDAC) was established in 2014 by Yolŋu Leaders from Gapuwiyak and surrounding homelands as a not-for-profit social enterprise and charity for the benefit of all Yolŋu clans in the Miyarrka region of East Arnhem Land.
Over the past 10 years, GDAC have established their own businesses as well as initiating and developing several projects and programs that operate in partnership, alliance and collaboration with non-government organisations and government agencies.
About the Opportunity
GDAC has been contracted by the Northern Territory Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities (TFHC) to develop and operate a Child and Family Centre for Gapuwiyak and surrounding Homelands.

To ensure the success of this place-based and Yolŋu-led initiative, ARDS and Anglicare-NT (A-NT) have been sub-contracted as partner organisations to support GDAC to develop its capacity to operate the CFC, and to facilitate community engagement in the co-design and development of the CFC, it’s systems, processes and resources using a Yolŋu-led, ground-up, both-ways approach.
