About you

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

  • Proven experience providing support to a project or program, including the ability to develop and manage a project schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability in using high-level communication and interpersonal skills to achieve outcomes and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and under pressure, adapt to change easily, set priorities and meet deadlines, and effectively balance administrative and project priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and review project schedules within MS Project.
  • Demonstrated high standard of keyboard skills, including advanced word processing skills (preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project) and electronic document management skills.
