Job Title: Procurement Officer

By blending technical expertise with business intelligence, we offer our customers unmatched service and support.  We are looking to add to our busy Administration department with a contract Procurement Officer to help us through a particularly busy period.  Could this be you?

Location: Wollongong (No work from home option available)

Employment Type: 3 to 6-month contract term with an immediate start

Hours: 20-25 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours as required

Salary: 55k – 65k dependent on experience, pro-rated

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with procurement of business equipment and collateral
  • Clean up product data across our CRM
  • Handle invoicing as required
  • Document the procurement and invoicing processes
  • Daily communication with vendors, Clients and in-house customers across the business
  • Plan and accept mail and deliveries

Requirements:

  • Experience with data entry and logistics
  • Confidentially and respectfully liaise with Clients, external vendors and colleagues
  • Physically fit and happy to handle small weight (parcels and deliveries)
  • Upbeat and approachable nature – very front of office role (no front desk)
