Principal HR Advisor (Organisational Development)

We are looking for a talented Human Resources/Organisational Development Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our future. You will be a key project lead in the enhancement of our workforce and the alignment of our organizational development strategies. Working collaboratively with HR leaders across multiple business areas you will use your expertise to create tailored solutions that support local employee engagement in our rapidly evolving environment. Your ability to engage stakeholders, analyse data, and apply a diversity and inclusion lens to your work will be crucial in shaping our workforce strategies and ensuring TMR’s success.

Our team focuses on all things Talent including attraction and recruitment, Learning and Development, Leadership and Entry Pathways programs. We work remotely and in the office, part time or full time, use compressed work weeks or fortnights to manage our priorities at work and home. We love to balance our busy periods with taking time off using accrued hours.
