Your Role

Joining IAG’s Group People, Performance & Reputation (GPPR) division, the purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to support the evolution of strategic planning, project management, governance and performance reporting for the Group Corporate Affairs & Sustainability (CAS) function.

 

You’ll manage and control the systems and processes required for business planning, prioritisation, budget, performance tracking and reporting to ensure Corporate Affairs & Sustainability maintains the highest standards of governance and risk compliance and delivers on its annual performance targets. With a focus on business improvement, you’ll proactively look for opportunities to streamline and simplify systems and processes.

 

This is a permanent role based in Gadigal Country (Sydney). 

 

About You

  • Demonstrated Industry experience (5+ yrs) or specialist qualification in program management and agile project management tools
  • Demonstrated track record in collating and presenting results to senior stakeholders including Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Teams
  • Change management and planning experience
  • Excellent project management skills, with complex programs of work preferred
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement experience with strong ability to develop relationships and work effectively with others
  • Focus on continuous improvement and identification of new opportunities to do things better
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work depending on business needs
  • Demonstrated time management skills and self-accountability to deliver high volumes of tasks accurately
  • Experienced in Corporate Affairs, Sustainability and/or associated corporate functions preferred
  • Experience with implemented improvements to deliver on operational/organisational performance and embedment of agile ways of working desirable
