About the role

Join ACMI as a Marketing Manager in this full-time fixed term role. The Marketing Manager works closely with stakeholders to execute and manage brand and marketing campaigns across ACMI’s ticketed exhibitions and programs to meet ACMI’s commercial and strategic objectives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing the role is also focused on improving production workflows, implementing and evaluating campaigns as well as making recommendations to maximise return on investments.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Arts Management or similar.
  • Performing arts marketing experience, or similar high campaign volume/ commercial marketing experience in the entertainment industry.
  • Proven success in the implementation of strategic marketing campaigns that are customer focused and deliver commercial targets.
  • Experience in above-the-line advertising/media buying, social network marketing tactics, unique digital content development, the print production process, integration of publicity into a marketing campaign and all other aspects required in the delivery of complete marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse market and sales data, to draw insights, develop actions and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Full-time fixed term role (Feb 2025 – Feb 2026 parental leave cover). Grade 4.1 role, with a starting salary of $92,332 plus super.
