Litigation Support Officer (Targeted First Nations)

We are looking for First Nations legal administrators!

Our Criminal Law Practice represents children and adults charged with criminal offences before all courts in Queensland. We have several permanent and temporary vacancies coming up in 2025. We are committed to addressing the overrepresentation of First Nations people in the criminal justice system.

As a litigation support officer you will help our lawyers with all administrative activities associated with case files including:

  • – preparing correspondence and legal document
  • – keeping file notes
  • – collecting personal information
  • – preparing briefs
  • – data entry
  • – transcribing and
  • – scheduling appointments.

About you

  • Admin experience or legal administration experience
  • Passion for making a difference
  • Organised
  • Able to use Word, Outlook and Excel.
