Legal Officer I-III – NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal

Location – Sydney CBD

Ongoing full-time opportunity

Salary ranging from $74,050 to $125,521pa. Plus, employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

Your role

Provide support to various Divisions of the Tribunal primarily through legal research, contribution to publication of decisions and case summary material and provide support to Members including assistance with in-hearing room support including managing files and exhibits and technology.

The role undertakes legal research, assisting with the writing of decisions by members, preparation of high-level written material including correspondence, policies, reports, submissions, and briefing notes.

Effective communication and analytical skills are essential in this role as you will be required to analyse factual and legal complex matters to provide accurate advice and convey complex concepts of law, policy, and practice.
