About you

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

  • A sound knowledge of or ability to rapidly acquire a sound knowledge of the TIA Act and the TI Act Qld.
  • Experience implementing policies and procedures and establishing systems to monitor compliance.
  • Experience of para-legal work and processes, including those related to applications to courts and tribunals.
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team to comply with strict time frames.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) and computer skills.
  • A sound appreciation of confidentiality requirements and the ability to maintain processes and interact within a highly confidential environment.
