We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Consultant to join our team. In this specialist role, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and delivering programs that enhance core capabilities, leadership, culture, and engagement across our organisation. As our Learning and Development Consultant, you will:

  • Lead and Facilitate: Deliver engaging learning programs across Induction, Core Capability, Leadership, Culture, and Engagement initiatives. You’ll inspire participants and ensure they leave equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive.
  • Innovate and Evolve: Provide thought leadership in the design, evaluation, and iteration of our learning programs. You’ll ensure they align with our strategic goals, address emerging trends, and meet identified capability needs.
  • Build Relationships: Forge strong connections with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring that our programs are supported by the best resources and partnerships available.
  • Embrace Technology: Implement new and emerging technologies to make our learning programs repeatable, scalable, and accessible to all. Your tech-savvy approach will help us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Coordinate and Communicate: Assist in the smooth running of our learning programs by promoting events, communicating with key stakeholders, and providing logistical support when needed.

Qualifications

  • Expertise: You are a thought leader in learning, with a deep understanding of what drives successful learning programs.
  • Facilitation Mastery: You have extensive experience in workshop facilitation, particularly in leadership and team development. Your sessions are known for being both engaging and effective.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using technologies to enhance learning experiences, making programs more impactful and widely accessible.
  • Pragmatic Approach: You know what works, what the business needs, and how to make the most of our resources. You bring a commercial mindset that ensures budgets are well spent.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: You’re a self-starter with a creative flair. You can think outside the box to develop and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Strategic Presence: You have the ability to influence and deliver solutions to peers, professionals, and senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in a relevant Human Resources discipline or significant experience in facilitation is essential. A coaching accreditation is desirable but not mandatory.
