Our Opportunity

In this role, you’ll manage and maintain EWON’s knowledge base, ensuring our dispute resolution staff have access to up-to-date, accurate information to support their work in resolving energy and water complaints. Working closely with internal teams such as IT, Policy, and Communications, you’ll ensure our knowledge systems are fit-for-purpose and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and regularly update knowledge base content, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate and validate resources
  • Create, write, and edit manuals, guides, and other knowledge materials in plain English
  • Implement intuitive workflows for staff to efficiently access relevant information
  • Promote knowledge base use across the organisation to enhance complaints resolution
  • Analyse knowledge management metrics and recommend improvements
  • Ensure compliance with knowledge management standards and best practices

To be successful in this role, you need the below skills and experience: 

  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to explain complex energy and water concepts in simple terms
  • Experience in knowledge management software and platforms (e.g., SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
  • 2-5 years of experience in similar roles
