About the role:
The Investments and Partnerships Assistant provides assistance with the delivery of grant rounds; the development and maintenance of grant round project management plans; and the procurement of goods and services.

This exciting full-time, ongoing opportunity works as part of the Investments and Partnerships team and has a close working relationship across the broader organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement of large partnerships
  • Grant round management and administration
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and with quality outputs
  • Monitoring and management of the Investments & Partnerships email inbox
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and effective record-keeping in systems

About you:
We’re looking for someone who has strong administration, communication and team work skills. If you have well-developed stakeholder management skills, you will thrive in this collaborative role.

Tenure: Full-time, ongoing

Classification: VicHealth Grade B

Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant qualification at Advanced Diploma level and/or some demonstrable experience working in a procurement, project, or grant-making support role
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new approaches and apply them in practice
  • Well developed communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrable project management and time management skills, with the ability to meet required deadlines
  • Strong commitment to collaborating within diverse team environments
