Job Description:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our cleaning services division, aligning with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including resource allocation, staff management, and quality control, to deliver consistent, high-quality services.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure the delivery of tailored cleaning solutions.
  • Financial Management: Manage the regional budget, monitor expenses, and drive revenue growth through effective sales and business development strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all operations.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and achieve operational excellence.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the executive management team on the state’s performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred, operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the cleaning industry or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of effectively managing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Salary : 120,000 – 140,000
