Fleet Coordinator

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and administration of the company’s fleet management function.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of national fleet requirements with a focus on medium and short term planning.
  • Compliance maintenance – ensuring vehicle documentation is up to date e.g registration, inspections, insurance.
  • Managing repairs and accident claims process.
  • Business reporting to support fleet efficiency and operations.

About you

As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in a similar role with solid knowledge across fleet management principles, vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements.

You will thrive in using your exceptional time management skills and customer service to deal with multiple priorities and exceptional stakeholder engagement.

Experience with fleet management software will be an advantage and proficiency in using MS Office is required.
