About the Opportunity

As the Financial Manager, you will lead a committed Finance Team providing efficient and effective finance services that support Anglicare NT’s operational capacity and contribute to the organisation’s strategic goals. Reporting to the Executive Manager of Shared Services for all day-to-day operational matters you will respond to requests made by the CEO, Executive Management Team, and the Board. You will be committed to the vision and values of Anglicare NT and support the business by providing service, guidance, and advice on a wide range of financial matters

About You

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled leader in Financial Services. With extensive experience in offering service, guidance, and advice on a broad spectrum of financial matters, you will have at least five years of experience in a finance management role within a medium-sized organisation.

You possess a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the not-for-profit sector and have what it takes to enhance systems and deliver high-quality financial support.

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, or business, along with CPA or CA membership, is required.

Remuneration

  • SCHADS Base Salary Level 8 $125,268.75 – $130,201.71 per annum + Super (11.5%)
  • Five weeks annual leave
  • Salary packaging an additional $15,900 per annum

  • 100-points ID

  • Current Northern Territory Driver’s Licence or the ability to obtain on arrival

Receiving and maintaining vaccines can reduce health risks and is one control mechanism to maintain the health and wellbeing of all employees, contractors, volunteers, visitors and the people we work with. In line with Anglicare NT’s commitment to a full life and social justice for all, it is mandatory for all Anglicare NT employees (paid and volunteer) to ensure specific vaccine schedules are current and maintained. In relation to COVID-19, this includes a primary course (dose one and two) and booster dose within one month of becoming eligible for booster dose (subject to medical exemptions)
