  • AO4 $86,909 to $91,633 per annum plus 12.75% superannuation

What you’ll be working on

You’ll help apprentices and trainees stay on track and finish their programs, with special attention to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients. This includes:

  • Contributing to projects that support participation and completion rates
  • Helping to solve problems between apprentices, employers, and training providers in a culturally sensitive way
  • Building relationships with local organisations and training providers
  • Attending and contributing to committee meetings as a representative of the department
  • Advising management on training and employment strategies that work for diverse groups
