Executive Director, Development and Partnerships

  • Develop and grow partnerships with Australia’s creative and philanthropic sector through collaboration and co-investment
  • Oversee and champion our research and evaluation for advocacy, policy and industry advice, representing the value of Australia’s creative sector
  • Build creative sector development, governance and capabilities

Lead with Purpose

We’re looking for a visionary leader, who understands the value of co-investment, blending philanthropic and commercial partnerships to drive growth and sustainability in the development and investment of Australian arts and creativity.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal executive leadership role will be central in driving sector development, providing evidence-based advice to government, and cultivating partnerships with purpose that align with our public value objectives. You’ll be the key driver of our industry development strategy, and you’ll oversee our research and evaluation efforts that supports advocacy and builds awareness of the value of arts and creativity. Your work will guide you to be the voice that shapes arts and creative development and policy conversations across public and industry forums.
