About you

For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate your:

  • Experience and ability to provide a high standard of senior executive administrative and business support.
  • Experience in the coordination and preparation of corporate reports.
  • Highly developed administration skills, including advanced experience in Microsoft Word /Microsoft Excel, and electronic document management skills.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively within the CCC and with executives of other agencies
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise tact, discretion and sound judgment
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and under pressure, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage workflow of an office.
