About you

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

•     Proven experience providing executive support to a senior executive level position, including the ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise tact, discretion, and sound judgment.

•     Demonstrated ability in using high-level communication and interpersonal skills to achieve outcomes and influence stakeholders.

•     Proven ability to work autonomously and under pressure, adapt to change easily, set priorities and meet deadlines, and effectively balance administrative and project priorities.

•     Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and review executive support and administrative systems and procedures to ensure that they operate in accordance with Commission requirements and standards.

•     Demonstrated high standard of keyboard skills, including advanced word processing skills (preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and electronic document management skills.
