Your role

We are looking for a talented and driven Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the Executive Director, First Nations Arts and Culture to contribute to her success and that of her team. Your role will encompass the vital responsibilities of fostering effective communication, streamlining administrative tasks, and orchestrating seamless coordination of activities. This includes,

  • Being the go-to person for the Executive Director, ensuring her days are smooth and productive
  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings and keeping everyone on schedule
  • Handling travel arrangements, ensuring every trip is seamless
  • Drafting reports and briefings to help the Executive Director and relevant stakeholders stay informed and prepared
  • Being the main contact between the Executive Director and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
  • Providing administrative support to First Nations Arts and Culture projects
