The opportunity

In this role, you will drive the growth of our union by developing, implementing, and delivering a wide range of engaging education and training programs for members and activists at all levels. Collaborate with officials and staff to create a dynamic National NTEU Education and Training Policy, tailored to address the comprehensive training needs of our union.

Your work will include:

  • Developing high-quality, accessible training materials, including online resources
  • Organising national conferences, seminars, and meetings
  • Contributing to national publications
  • Representing NTEU on relevant educational and professional training platforms
