Claims Consultant

Your Role 

Be part of the performing business!!!  We’re looking for multiple a Claims Consultants to join our high energy team, based out of Naarm (Melbourne).

You have passion for customer service, this role is for you.

This is a permanent full-time role and works with a fun and supportive team offering great flexible working arrangements.  You’ll enjoy the benefits of a working in a hybrid way during non-onboarding training periods!

About You 

We are looking for someone who is agile and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate:

•    Strong customer service experience
•    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
•    Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
•    Proficiency in MS Office
