About you

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to prioritise, schedule and perform work to meet deadlines, commitments and client service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, monitoring and managing their performance to an agreed standard and creating a positive work environment.
• Well-developed written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to prepare reports and correspondence on behalf of others.
• Well-developed oral communication skills including a demonstrated ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with commission officers at all levels and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and review operational policies, practices and procedures and to develop processes and reporting systems.
