Bookings Officer

The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and driven Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals to join our team as a Bookings Officer out of Osborne Park (located on the land of the Whadjuk people of the Nyoongar nation).

This role can be part-time (minimum 15 hours per week) or full-time (38 hours per week). As a Bookings Officer, you will report to the Bookings Manager and be responsible for coordinating medical appointments for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling process.

We are looking for a well-organised individual with administrative skills and excellent customer service. Full Training Provided! Other key qualities we are looking for include:

  • The ability to manage a diverse range of clients via phone and email
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent phone manner
  • A professional work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
