Administration and Student Engagement Officer

The Administration and Student Engagement Officer is part of the Student Support service for undergraduate, postgraduate, and vocational studies students. This role includes liaising with Course Leaders and Counsellors to ensure that support arrangements are in place, including Study Access Plans, Performance Management Plans, and providing regular engagement with students with additional support needs to assess the continuing effectiveness of their support arrangements.

About the role

This is a part-time 2-year contract (3 days per week). The base annual salary is $75,968 gross per annum + 11.5% Superannuation, based on a 5-day working week. The salary will be pro-rated to 3-days per week.

The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) is Australia’s premier training ground for future leaders and practitioners in the dramatic arts.
