ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN

• $86,534 (base) + 12% Super based on experience.
• Additional Leave – Enjoy both Australian and U.S.A Public Holidays.
• Yearly bonus (Performance).

About the Role

Working within the Finance Office, the Accounting Technician is responsible for the process of Mission Australia’s Official and Personal GST claims, excise duty and wine equalization tax (WET) from the Australian Taxation Office

Duties

• Develop and manage budgets.
• Create vendor codes.
• Update financial reporting system
• Assist the Financial Management Analysts.

Skills and Experience

• Completion of University degree in Accounting, Finance or business is required.
• Two (2) years experience with financial accounts maintenance is required.
• One (1) year experience in accounting or book keeping is required
• Fluent speaking/reading/writing English is required.
