Heart of Australia is seeking to appoint a Program Liaison Officer to join our fabulous team.

The role
As a Program Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our people and building sustainable relationships within rural, remote and First Nations communities around Australia.

Initially, this role will be permanent part-time.
The key responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Co-design with community culturally safe services
• Liaise with primary healthcare providers in rural and remote locations
• Understand and respect First Nations culture

About you
Ideally, you will have the following:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High levels of attention to detail
• The ability to build and retain key relationships
• Flexibility to travel on occasion if required
