Senior Client Services Officer – Court Services

Location – Lismore, Ballina, and Tweed Heads 

We are creating a Talent Pool to fill future temporary and ongoing roles, that may arise over the next 18 months.

Salary ranging from $79,032 to $86,539pa. Plus, employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

Your role

The roles provide more complex and high quality administrative services in local Courts. This is a “hands on” role in a fast paced, high pressure yet enjoyable workplace.

Some duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients
  • Preparing reports and correspondence
  • Supervise, guide, train and provide support to a team

What you’ll do

As a Senior Client Services Officer with Court Services you will lead and manage a small team within a high volume work environment.

Your strong decision making skills will help you make important decisions, you possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.

Have knowledge of or be able to apply relevant Court policies and procedures.

You’ll be able to adapt to and work in different jurisdictions and be confident using technology for data entry.

What we’re looking for

Applicants must hold a current Australian Drivers Licence

Staff may be requested to travel to other locations within the Lismore HUB as operational needs arise, this may include overnight stays.
