Business Support Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as the Business Support Manager, where you will play an integral role in continuing to shape our future direction as a world-class venue.

This role incorporates multiple positions and responsibilities into one job, allowing for enhanced communication and teamwork in the workplace. Included are elements of the following roles:

-reception

-accounts receivable

-accounts payable

-logistics

-executive assistance

-hospitality

This may include coverage of a role during staff leave and/or overflow of work, with training provided in each area.

It will be important to adapt to the organisations evolving needs.

You will bring your experience in administration, business support and accounts, along with a passion for customer service excellence.

Your positive attitude, ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders and ability to build rapport quickly, will see you thrive in this role. You will also bring:

  • Strong Customer Service focus with confident written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in Business Support, General Administration, Data Entry
  • Experience in Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, highly regarded but not essential
  • Great Data Entry skills ensuring speed and accuracy
  • Ability to acquire new skills efficiently and adaptable to working across different software packages and solving IT issues
  • A culture of ‘get the job done’ and a willingness to ‘go above and beyond’

The role is based over 5 days per week and the successful applicant must be willing to work over the very occasional weekend or evenings, depending on the role you are covering at the time.
