Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia operates on Anangu land at Ayers Rock Resort, Kuku Yalanji land at Mosman Gorge Cultural Centre and Gadigal Land at Voyages Corporate Office. Incentives:
Housing: Ayers Rock Resort provides discounted accommodation from $98.00 per week to employees with further incentives provided over length of service.

Career development:
Rising Star Program:  12-month credited qualification program, Funded study program with a Certificate III in business obtained at completion of study, Supported by Voyages, and managers to upskill and develop into a future leader.

NITA Traineeship: With over 700 graduates since 2011, the National Indigenous Training Academy provides the opportunity for First Nations employees to work and study simultaneously. Throughout this program you will have the opportunity to work in the resort while undertaking study and being supported in the workplace, classroom, and housing. This program offers employees onsite residential team to help you navigate professional and personal life balance.

Apprenticeship programs: Voyages offer apprenticeships in areas such as chefs, electricians, refrigeration technicians and plumbing. Working full time, you will have the opportunity complete nationally recognised apprenticeships and gain on the job experience while being supported by the Voyages Learning and Development Team.
