About the Role

We are seeking an experienced invoice finance professional to join our Cashflow Finance and Equipment Leasing team to assess new invoice finance, performance bond, producer offset loan and equipment finance applications with a focus on providing a high level of customer service, and the continued implementation of operational efficiency in line with appropriate risk controls.

In addition, the role is responsible for conducting field exams.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Experience in working in a factoring team and experience in equipment finance.
  • Sound financial analysis skills and knowledge of receivables finance or trade finance risk.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level understanding of legal contracts and corporate structures.
  • Commitment to high quality customer service.

Cultural Capability

  • Awareness and understanding of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander societies and culture.
  • Ability to liaise and communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers and staff.
