About you

The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

• Extensive experience analysing problems and providing high level policy advice and solutions relating to contemporary public sector management issues in any of the following areas:
  • Integrity, ethical practice and/or corruption prevention,
  • Risk, compliance or governance,
  • Organisational culture, workplace behaviour or change management .
• Flexible and agile professional approach, including ability to work autonomously and show initiative.
• Excellent project management skills including the ability to achieve project outcomes and balance multiple tasks within tight timeframes.
• Experience in liaising, consulting and negotiating effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders on complex and sensitive issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present complex information concisely to a variety of audiences.
