<li>Experience working with Aboriginal clients/communities and/or within an Aboriginal organisation</li>
<li>Experience providing one-on-one support to clients experiencing substance abuse issues</li>
<li>Ability to work independently within the field of expertise.</li>
<li>Excellent culturally appropriate verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to collect data and write reports and client notes</li>
<li>A willingness to work as a member of a diverse team.</li>
</ol>
