We are currently seeking applications from highly motivated candidates for a part time (22.8 hrs/wk) Tenancy Coordinator. The successful candidate will work within the Community Services team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Engagement Services, the Tenancy Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain and coordinate leasing arrangements, rental payments and all property inspections.
- Provide support and negotiate repayment plans regarding arrears with tenants.
- Ensure maintenance and repair requests from tenants are responded to, actioned and completed within set timeframes.
- Liaise and coordinate with tradespersons and tenants, in relation to repairs and maintenance recording all interactions in the property database/s.
The successful candidate must have relevant qualifications and experience in the coordination of properties or assets, demonstrated experience and understanding of social housing systems, and homelessness issues, a full driver’s license and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
