The role of the Senior Course Administration Officer is to ensure that students are appropriately supported through a course of study by the Course Administration Team. The team assists students by providing information and guidance on all aspects related to their commencement and progression.
The incumbent is required to develop a specialist working knowledge of course regulations and requirements, and work collaboratively with Course Directors and Course Administration Team members to plan activities, identify issues, and streamline procedures and processes. As a member of the Faculty Administration Team, the Senior Course Administration Officer provides support to other areas of the Faculty as required.

The Faculty Office is responsible for ensuring that the entire Faculty operates cohesively and efficiently, and is developed in accordance with the strategic objectives of the University. Located within the Faculty Office is the Executive Dean, Deputy Dean, Associate Dean, Sub-Deans, Executive Officer, Faculty Administration Manager and administrative support staff. Oversight of administrative staff in the Faculty is the responsibility of the Faculty Administration Manager, who notionally allocates professional/general staff to Schools and has the flexibility to move resources between schools and functions to cover workload peaks.
