Established in 2006, headspace is a well-recognised, national not-for-profit organisation making a difference to the lives of young people aged 12-25 years. headspace enables young people and their families to access information and support through a national network of centres and services, and drives community awareness and education about youth mental health, early intervention and help seeking.

An exciting opportunity exists for an innovative IT professional to be responsible for the delivery of IT solutions to meet the objectives of the individual divisions of headspace within a whole of organisation IT strategy. The Project Manager will create strategies for enhancing and servicing business needs through managed requirements, design, development and delivery of solution.

The incumbent will direct and manage project development from beginning to end including maintaining a project plan against set timelines and milestones and defining the scope, goals and deliverables. Reporting to the Program Manager – Technology and Business Transformation, you will generate process improvements, cost efficiencies and build productive working relationships to deliver outstanding results.

headspace is seeking an individual with a proven track record of planning, implementing, and controlling projects dependent on provision of services by external providers. You will possess a minimum of 5 years of project management experience including delivery across a broad range of application based projects. To be successful in this role you will have experience in the detailed definition and documentation of online systems and enterprise applications. Naturally you will display highly developed organisational and project coordination skills, along with strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships internal and external to the organisation.
