Membership Experience Coordinator

About the Job
The purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of Fitness membership growth, including sales, retention and reactivation. Working within NCIE overall communications and marketing strategies, this position coordinates all internal and external communications and Fitness marketing activity, to dynamically promote programs to current members, future members and the broad community.
You will have completed a tertiary degree in Fitness/ Marketing/ Communications/ Business (or a related field), or hold sound equivalent experience in in a direct sales/ service role(s).
You will have worked in a sport/ leisure/ fitness facility in a customer service or sales role for a minimum of one year.
You preferably should have (or be willing to quickly obtain) current Provide First Aid/ CPR certificates and a NSW Working with Children employment clearance.
