Learning Experience Analyst – Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Canberra, Orange, Manly, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

The Role

  •  Fixed Term Full-time (up to 2 years)
  •  Level 7 –  $81,961 to $89,646 p.a (plus 17% superannuation) – a market loading allowance maybe applicable for the right applicant
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Canberra, Orange, Manly, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

You will work closely with design teams to leverage data analytics and undertake additional LX analysis, including student interviews and focus groups, presenting findings in clear ways to design teams so that they inform learning design solutions. You will be responsible for leading / supporting iterative user testing of learning solution prototypes, and assisting academics in continuous improvement both within and at the end of session through supporting the effective use of data analytics and focused user research.

To be successful you will have

  • Demonstrated ability to gather, collate, interpret and present data, including the use of relevant applications to undertake user surveys across a range of areas, and to ensure data integrity.
  • Experience in conducting, interpreting and presenting the results from interviews, focus groups and user testing as part of an agile methodology.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to successfully liaise at both team and management levels and develop effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A willingness and capacity to continue to develop skills in applying learner experience techniques to enhance understanding of the student experience.
