What will you do:
The Evergreen program is open solely to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and is an entry level program into the Australian Public Service. This program will see you gain experience, via two 9-month rotations. Your roles during the program may include;
Client Engagement Officer, in which you will undertake case work in various market segments to ensure taxpayers are meeting their obligations and complying with taxation legislation, regulations and standards.
Administration Officer, in which you will support and help organise the business.
Client Experience Officer, in which you will operate out of a call-centre environment and provide a range of customer service activities across different areas of the ATO. You will have a high level of client contact.

– introduction to tax and superannuation
– topics on professional skills
training that may allow you to obtain a formal qualification
support from a dedicated program manager, rotation team leaders and buddies
