Established in 2006, headspace is a well-recognised, national not-for-profit organisation making a difference to the lives of young people aged 12-25 years. headspace enables young people and their families to access information and support through a national network of centres and services, and drives community awareness and education about youth mental health, early intervention and help seeking.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Human Resources (HR) generalist to join a fast paced and exciting organisation supporting and representing young Australians. Reporting to the HR Manager and working collaboratively with the wider People & Culture team, this role will deliver the full range of HR services, advice and support to the headspace workforce, working closely with employees at headspace Adelaide. The incumbent will work across the employee lifecycle, facilitating recruitment and selection, induction and termination. Furthermore, the HR Advisor will support the implementation of strategic projects across the organisation.

headspace is seeking an HR professional who has a minimum of five (5) years generalist HR experience with the proven ability to interpret and apply Enterprise Agreements and/or industrial agreements, and provide advice to both management and employees. You will also possess experience in creating and applying policies and procedures coupled with a proactive, professional and customer focussed approach. Naturally you will have strong computer skills, be a multi-tasker and problem solver with exceptional time management, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
