- Level 7 – $81,762 to $89,646 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational HR advice to supervisors in their portfolio in all HR areas. You will also undertake case management and assist with change management, at times assisting with specialised issues and complex cases.
To be successful you will have:
- A relevant degree with experience or an equivalent level of knowledge
- Experience in one or more HR functional areas
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills to manage a diverse case load across multiple sites
