The HR Business Partner provides support and advice to Red Cross people across a diverse range of areas including community programs, commercial operations and support services.
You will have demonstrated experience in a HR generalist role and experience working in a busy and changing environment.
Strong communication, organisation and relationship management skills and ability to influence and engage a variety of stakeholders will be evident in your application. You will have an interest in contributing to new and innovative ways of partnering with our client groups and delivering on HR support services.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or related discipline) and active membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) would be well regarded.
