EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND SUPPORT OFFICER (Narooma)

Katungul Aboriginal Corporation  Community and Medical Service is seeking a part time (22.8 hours per week)  Employee Relations and Support Officer. Salary within the range $60,000-$65,000 (pro rata) plus superannuation will be negotiated depending on qualfications and experience. As a Public Benevolent Institution generous salary packaging arrangements are available.

The position will provide Employee Relations advice to Managers and Staff and will ensure Employee Support needs are addressed. The role will also oversee the implementation of the ELMO Human Resource Management System.

Relevant experience in an HR or similar role and knowledge of Awards and Employee Relations processes and legislation is essential. The successful applicant will desirably have HR or related qualifications.
