Our Group Processing Services team, based in Parramatta are part of the 3000+ employees who make up our Group Operations team and perform processing services for almost every part of the bank. This team is the first point of contact for all interactions with customers – both our banking customers and our branch employees and are responsible for the processing of daily requests and administration services.
